The location is extraordinary, perfect for dining and entertainment!

Our stay was marred by several frustrating issues. the shower floor was extremely slippery, which was a major safety concern. Additionally, the noise insulation in the building left much to be desired, leading to a very loud night, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference, especially for our elderly family members. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Having access to complimentary hot chocolate from the restaurant was a delightful touch.

The hotel's location is a standout, right in the center of plaza Altozano. It’s super convenient with restaurants, a cinema, and plenty of shops just a short walk away. The room I stayed in, the Deluxe Room City View 1 King, was spacious and clean. The view from my window was fantastic, giving great perspectives of the city. I appreciated the early check-in, which made things easier for my elderly family members. However, the experience was less than perfect. The shower was extremely slippery, which made me worried about safety. Also, there was quite a bit of noise coming from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep. Despite the friendly service and nice view, these issues did affect our overall comfort.

Awesome place with its 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me find the route I needed. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape!
